I'm Melissa, and I'm the owner of the project Woorigoleen. So the project entailed two townhouses side by side. So one was around 32 squares and the other one was around 30 squares, so it was a knockdown and rebuild. I really liked the approach that Ozcan had. They came across as professional and just really personable and relatable, and I just felt as though I could really trust them with my project. The experience was fantastic from the start to the end. Ozcan did such a great job with the build, but they were also so approachable, great to talk to. They were happy to resolve any issue that I had along the way, and I just felt so comfortable coming to them and raising issues with them. Personal approach that they had. I felt as though I could call the staff anytime I wanted to and raise any concerns with them, whether it be by sending a text message or an email. They always prioritize the communication and allowed me to feel comfortable to approach them. Really, I'm very satisfied with the quality of the project. I mean, if you just look around my home, I feel so proud of this house. Having friends and family over. Everyone just absolutely loves the house. It really does speak for itself and the quality is exceptional. i would love to build again because I enjoyed the project so much and I would go straight to ozcan to do that, and I definitely would suggest them to other people. I think they're reliable. Their quality is exceptional, and they're not going to cost you an arm and a leg like there are some other builders in the industry. You can trust that the price you're getting is a very reasonable price as well

The Ozcan Group were excellent to work with in building townhomes at our Greenvale Orchards development. Mehmet and the team were easy to deal with and kept in regular communication with us throughout the project. the project. We've built six times over the years and always with a project builder, but this time we decided to go with a custom build. We had good friends who had built for the first time with Ozcan and they were amazed at the whole process. amazed at the whole process.
